Bartender / Waiter – flexible role with development opportunities

Location: Southern Trøndelag – coastal and island region

About the position

We are now looking for a service-minded and flexible bartender/waiter with good experience in serving for an established hotel and restaurant operation in Southern Trøndelag. The role is varied and suits you who appreciates diversity, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop in several areas of hotel operations.

The working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar
• Working as a bartender as needed
• Preparation of classic cocktails (basic knowledge required)
• Guest interaction with a focus on service, quality, and overall experience
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests (after training)
• Ongoing preparations, order, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Cash and payment handling

Qualifications

• At least 20 years old
• Good experience in serving
• Flexible and confident in stepping in as a bartender when needed
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails
• Service-oriented, responsible, and stress-resistant
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
